Bank of Cape Cod Grand Opening October 4th
Hyannis – The grand opening of Bank of Cape Cod, the Cape’s only local commercial bank, is scheduled for Wednesday, October 4th.
A special ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 10 AM with Bank of Cape Cod and local officials participating. The bank, located at 232 Main Street, Hyannis, will be open at 8:30 AM to welcome the general public with refreshments and souvenirs for all.
When reached for comment, Bank of Cape Cod’s President and CEO, Tim Telman, said, “This bank is more than just a building with a safe. It’s an outstanding team of dedicated people who are excited and proud to become part of the Cape’s growing business community. We look forward to providing our fellow Cape Codders with competitive banking products, and personal service that are, simply, the best.”
Bank of Cape Cod will offer a complete line of checking accounts, savings and money market accounts, loans and mortgages, and special services ranging from debit and credit cards to safe deposit, and international services, according to Telman. He also indicated that the bank’s target markets are small businesses, professionals and homeowners.
Locally owned and managed, Bank of Cape Cod is a state chartered, FDIC insured commercial bank, headquartered in Hyannis. In addition to Mr. Telman, the bank’s principal officers include Robert A. Pemberton, Chairman; Mary C. Cotoia, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer; Ronald E. Reed, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Mark E. Carron, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.
