Online banking enrollment can be completed by clicking the white "Enroll" link beside the Login button on the home page of our website. When you select this option, you will be directed to the First Time User Login page.
You will then be asked to enter your Access ID (which is your Bank of Cape Cod account number) and your Password (which was provided to you when you opened your Bank of Cape Cod account). If you have forgotten your password, please contact us at 508-568-2300.
You will also be prompted to complete a multi-factor authentication to ensure the safety of your information when using online banking. After your initial login you will be asked to select a new Access ID and Password. We recommend that you change your password often for security.
The online banking application is best viewed via Internet Explorer. For Mac users, the application is best viewed via Mozilla FireFox.
