Carole Cook

Carole Cook is a registered mortgage originator and is Bank of Cape Cod’s mortgage loan officer based in Osterville. Cook has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage field having worked for several banks in  Fairfield, Connecticut. A classically trained vocal student, Cook grew up in Boston and attended Emerson College and the Longy School of Music where she was involved in opera and theater. Cook also spent a number of years working in sales and marketing for the hospitality industry. She has maintained a home in Osterville for a number of years and is “thrilled” to be here year-round. “I’m here to help people find the right mortgage opportunity that best suits their needs,” Cook said. “I pride myself on listening and tuning in to what people are communicating. It isn’t just about getting a mortgage — it’s about helping people address their financial goals and directing them toward what they need. Tony Tambascia

Tony Tambascia is Bank of Cape Cod’s Mortgage Loan Officer providing his expertise to customers from Barnstable Village to Provincetown. Tambascia has more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage business. Tambascia is a graduate of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School, received an associate’s degree in art from Cape Cod Community College, and earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Westfield State University. A resident of Cummaquid, he is a board director for the Cummaquid Heights Association and works on the membership committee for Blue Coats of Barnstable, an organization that helps raise money for the Barnstable Police Department. Tambascia and his wife, Becca, have two sons, Anthony and Caden. Claire Flynn

Claire Flynn is a veteran of the mortgage industry. She has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage field, working primarily in the Central Massachusetts area. She moved to Sandwich fulltime in 2015 after vacationing here for many years.  “I have a longtime, special relationship with the Cape, having spent every summer here while growing up and then bringing my own family here,” Flynn said. “I’m thrilled to be working here and look forward to helping people realize their dream of home ownership, especially first-time buyers.”  Flynn said her customers can count on her experience, passion for the business and reputation for communicating with home buyers throughout the entire process. “It is about the relationship that inspires me to do my very best for people,” added Flynn. In her spare time, Flynn and her husband Jim enjoy golf and sailing. In fact, they recently purchased a Fisher Cat and are eager for its maiden sail as soon as the weather permits.

Dante DiMassa

Dante DiMassa is Bank of Cape Cod’s Vice President and Director of Residential Lending. DiMassa heads up the bank’s residential mortgage lending operation, overseeing all facets of the business. DiMassa has extensive experience in residential lending, starting in 1988. He most recently was the vice president of residential lending at Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank. His previous experience includes Bank of America Home Loan in Braintree, where he managed multiple locations and grew the business from startup to production of more than $300 million in loans. He was also senior vice president of Bank of America’s loan center in Richmond, VA where he built the operation from startup to a center that produced more than $7 billion in funded loans. DiMassa has a degree in economics from University of Massachusetts-Amherst and attended graduate studies at the University of Bridgeport. He is active in his community and recently helped co-found the Marshfield Flag Football League, an NFL affiliated program, with more than 300 local youths participating. He coaches baseball and basketball and is father of an 11-year-old son. DiMassa is passionate about the business and is particularly focused on the customer experience, ensuring each customer’s financial needs are met with appropriate mortgage programs, and delivering on-time results. Keeley Anderson

Keeley Anderson is Bank of Cape Cod’s mortgage underwriter. She is responsible for underwriting conventional and jumbo residential mortgages. Anderson most recently worked as an underwriter at a Cape bank and previously worked as a mortgage officer with Prospect Mortgage and Sovereign Bank. “It’s exciting to be a part of Bank of Cape Cod where my experience in many aspects of the mortgage business are utilized, all to help create a process that is focused on a positive customer experience,” Anderson said. Anderson is a graduate of Northeastern University where she majored in Journalism and has done coursework toward a master’s degree in business administration at University of Massachusetts, Boston. She lives in Centerville with her husband, John Anderson, and their children, Emma and Riley Scales and Sarah and Jack Anderson.
