*APR is Annual Percentage Rate. Rate is subject to change at any time. Our 5-year Adjustable-Rate Mortgage offers a fixed interest rate for the first five years of the loan. After that, the interest rate can increase or decrease up to 5 percent the first year and 2 percent per year after that, with a lifetime cap of 5 percent. These rate increases are based on a margin and an index. The index we use is the average of interbank offered rates for one-year U.S. dollar-denominated deposits in the London market (“Libor”), as published in the Wall Street Journal and the margin we use is 2.25 percent. Actual interest rate may vary based on credit history, Loan-to-Value and purpose of transaction. The 5/1 ARM rate assumes 60 payments at $4.15 per $1,000, 299 payments at $4.09 per $1,000 and 1 payment of $4.09 per $1,000. Payments do not include amounts for taxes and insurance payments.
