How To Use TeleBanc

To enter the TeleBanc system for the first time, call 800.528.1955, press 6 and listen to the TeleBanc attendant instructions on how to establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will then be asked to indicate your account number and PIN. For your protection, we suggest you change this number to another four-digit number of your choice.

The attendant will guide you through the features of TeleBanc. Using the keypad of your touchtone phone, simply press the number of your selection.
