Ronald E. Reed has 25 years of experience in senior financial management positions in Massachusetts-based community banks. Most recently, Mr. Reed served as executive vice president and treasurer of Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank where he managed the financial, technology and administrative functions supporting the bank's growth from $390 million to $1.4 billion over the last seventeen years. He directed the information technology, internal audit, security, compliance, accounting, human resources, facilities and disaster recovery programs. He coordinated asset/liability management and financial forecasting. He also managed construction teams for the operations center expansion and three new branches and served on various bank committees. Before joining Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, Mr. Reed was executive vice president & treasurer, and trustee of Community Savings Bank, a $350 million community bank in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Mr. Reed is a resident of Cotuit, Massachusetts.
